  • 12 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)

  • 8 oz box strawberry Jello (or cherry)

  • 12 oz cool whip (thawed)

  • 12 oz cottage cheese (drained)

  1. In medium mixing bowl, mix together Jello powder and cool whip. Fold in pineapple and cottage cheese.

  2. Transfer to serving dish and refrigerate until firm, about an hour. Serve.
