Cranberry Orange Relish


  • 1 navel orange

  • 1 (12 oz) package fresh cranberries

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon


  1. Grate 2 tsp of zest from orange, discard remaining peel and pith from orange. Divide oranges into sections.

  2. Place orange sections, orange zest, cranberries, sugar & cinnamon in food processor, pulse until finely chopped.

  3. Transfer relish to bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors marry. Serve & enjoy!
