8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp sugar
1 heaping tsp mayonnaise
2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
1 (4 ounce) jar of chopped pimentos, drained
In medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese & cheddar cheese together.
Add mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard and pimentos to cheese mixture and mix well. Cover and chill overnight or at least 4 hours before serving.
Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
